Pro-environmental behavior and career orientation of Caucasian women

The article examines the value orientations of ethnophor (a representative a certain ethnic culture and national mentality) based on theoretical analysis foreign domestic research. During epoch digitalisation, it is impossible to leave out problems ethnos itself, its ethno-cultural peculiarities, socialization, mentality, professional career Caucasian women. reveals designation woman North Caucasus group, values, way family relations. It emphasized that contemporary socio-economic reality makes own adjustments during period digitalization despite traditional ethno standards. In empirical part study, hypothesis was tested: being most important social environment, value’s formed due ethnos’s historical development along with preservation mentality character women ethnophors, influences including women’s orientation. study involved 100 different nationalities aged 30 45 years, fields activity: teachers, psychologists, officials, trade workers, service providers. set research methods included concept “Career Anchors” by E. Schein, principles diagnosis in career, translation adaptation V.A. Chiker, V.E. Vinokurova, projective for determining orientations, principle “Value orientations” (M. Rokich), Questionnaire (R.R.
